Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Fresh State Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including GridBlast, Focus Tap, and all other applications we publish. By using any of our applications, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Fresh State Marketing is a marketing agency based in Howell, Michigan. Our apps are side projects built to be simple, useful, and privacy-respecting. We believe good software doesn't require surveillance to function.

Information We Collect

Our applications are designed to collect as little information as possible. Here is a complete and transparent account of what may be collected:

Automatically Collected by App Stores

When you download or purchase any application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies. This information is collected by Apple or Google — not by Fresh State Marketing — and may include:

• Your device type and operating system version
• Download and installation data
• Crash reports and diagnostic data (if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers on your platform)
• App Store review content (if you submit a review)

We encourage you to review Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for information about what those platforms collect.

Crash and Diagnostic Data

If your device is configured to share crash data with app developers, we may receive anonymous crash reports when an application unexpectedly closes. These reports do not contain any personally identifiable information. They may include the type of crash, the device model, and the operating system version. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.

Local Device Storage

Our applications may store data locally on your device — such as game progress, high scores, settings preferences, and session data. This data is stored on your device only. It is not transmitted to our servers, shared with third parties, or accessible by Fresh State Marketing.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Your physical location, GPS data, or IP address
• Device identifiers such as IDFA, GAID, or serial numbers
• Photographs, camera roll, or microphone data
• Contacts, calendar entries, or other device data
• Payment information of any kind
• Browsing history or behavior across other apps or websites
• Social media accounts or connected service data
• Any biometric data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data (beyond what Apple or Google collect per their own policies)

We do not maintain any user database, server-side accounts, or backend infrastructure that stores personal information. Our apps are designed to work without it.

Third-Party Services

Some of our applications may use third-party SDKs or services. Where applicable, these are disclosed below. If a third-party service is integrated into a specific application, that application's App Store listing will note it.

Apple App Store & TestFlight

Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's data collection practices. Apple may collect diagnostic, usage, and performance data according to your device privacy settings. This is handled by Apple, not Fresh State Marketing.

Google Play Store

Applications distributed through Google Play are subject to Google's privacy practices. Google may collect information per the device's analytics settings and the Google Play Store's terms. This is handled by Google, not Fresh State Marketing.

No Data Brokers or Ad Networks (App-Specific)

Unless explicitly stated in a specific application's App Store listing, Fresh State Marketing does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs in our applications.

Advertising

If a Fresh State Marketing application includes advertising (such as banner ads or interstitial ads), that will be clearly disclosed in the application's App Store listing and within the app itself.

Where advertising is present, it may be served by a third-party ad network. That network may collect device-level information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable law. Where required by platform rules or applicable law, we will present users with appropriate consent prompts before any advertising data is collected.

GridBlast and Focus Tap — in their current versions — do not serve third-party advertising. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated and users will be notified through the app update release notes.

Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy seriously. Our applications do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

Because our applications do not collect personal information from any users, they are generally appropriate for use by children. However, parents and guardians should review each application's App Store rating and content description before allowing children to use it.

If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at matt@freshstatemarketing.com and we will take appropriate action.

Fresh State Marketing complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions regarding minors.

Data Retention

Because Fresh State Marketing does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete on our end.

Data stored locally on your device — such as game saves, settings, and high scores — is retained on your device until you delete the application or manually clear the application's local data through your device's settings.

Crash report data received through Apple or Google's diagnostic systems is typically retained for 90 days by those platforms, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or other applicable privacy regulations.

Because Fresh State Marketing does not collect or store your personal data, most of these rights do not require action on our part. Specifically:

• Right to Access: We hold no personal data about you to provide.
• Right to Deletion: We hold no personal data about you to delete. You can delete locally stored app data by uninstalling the application or clearing app data through your device settings.
• Right to Portability: We hold no personal data about you to export.
• Right to Object: We do not process your personal data for marketing or profiling purposes.
• Do Not Sell: We do not sell personal data. There is nothing to opt out of.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our applications, legal requirements, or data practices.
