Custom promotional products take time to produce and ship. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.
All products sold through Fresh State Marketing are custom manufactured and imprinted specifically for your order. Production does not begin until your artwork proof has been reviewed and approved. Please plan your order accordingly, especially for events, trade shows, or time-sensitive campaigns.
Production time does not include shipping transit time. Your delivery date is your production time plus the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has completed production, it will ship via one of the following carriers depending on the size, weight, and origin of your order:
Typical ground shipping transit time within the continental United States is 1–5 business days after the order leaves the production facility. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost — contact us before placing your order if you have a hard deadline.
Need your order fast? Rush production may be available on select products for an additional fee. Not all products or suppliers can accommodate rush timelines, so please contact us as early as possible if you have a specific in-hands date requirement.
We will always do our best to communicate realistic timelines upfront — we would rather tell you something isn't possible than promise a date we can't deliver on.
Have a hard deadline? Call or email us before ordering and we'll confirm whether rush production is available for your specific items.
Certain products — particularly larger quantity orders or specialty items — are manufactured overseas and shipped via sea freight. For these orders:
If you are considering an overseas order and have a deadline, please plan for a minimum of 6–8 weeks from order placement to delivery to allow for any unforeseen delays.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected for your order. Shipping charges will be included in your order quote and confirmed prior to production.
Fresh State Marketing does not mark up shipping costs — you pay the actual carrier rate for your shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within your expected production window, please reach out and we will provide a status update right away.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and get your order replaced as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Please save all original packaging and photograph any damage — this is required for carrier claims.
